If your regular cleaner is ever away, we tell you in advance and brief their replacement properly.

Household cleaning is commonly funded under Core Supports as assistance with daily life, but how it works depends on how your plan is managed. Self-managed and plan-managed participants can generally choose any provider, including us. If you are agency-managed, please check with your support coordinator or plan manager first — and call us on 0406 722 623 so we can confirm what we can currently offer you.

Yes, and we treat it as the most important part of the service. You will have one regular cleaner who learns your home, your routine and your preferences. If they are ever unwell or on leave, we will let you know in advance and brief their replacement from your existing notes rather than sending someone in cold.

Absolutely, and we would rather you did. Some people want everything done; others want help with specific tasks and prefer the rest left alone. Tell us what matters and what to leave untouched, and that becomes your visit list. You can change it any time at no cost.

Tell us and we will adjust. Frequency, task list, timing, the amount of help — all of it can change as your circumstances or your plan does. There are no lock-in contracts and no penalty for pausing, reducing or stopping.

Yes. Laundry, ironing, changing linen on a rotation, taking bins out on collection day and putting shopping away can all be built into your regular visit. Mention what you need when we set your task list.

Entirely up to you. Many participants are home and prefer the company; others arrange key or lockbox access and go about their day. Every cleaner is police-cleared and insured either way.
